About me

I’m Lou and I genuinely love admin!

I work remotely with clients anywhere in the UK. Whether you’re an individual who needs help staying on top of things or a small business owner juggling too many tasks, I’m here to help.


With a degree in Business Studies with Combined Science, I have held roles across pharmaceutical sales, clinical audit, customer support, and account management. I excel at organising processes, managing information, and supporting teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Now, as the owner of Hey Lou, my aim is to take time consuming admin off your hands. Whether it’s managing your diary, prioritising emails, maintaining spreadsheets, or keeping your bills and subscriptions under control, I bring a friendly, efficient, and reliable approach to everything I do.

You can relax knowing that your business is in good hands and on return you can get stuck straight in to the tasks that matter most.

Price per week £135.

DIGITAL DETOX

A package designed to streamline and restructure your Google Drive to create a clear, logical, easy to use filing system.

Package price is £60 for up to 2 hours, extra hours required are priced at £30 per hour.
