I’m Lou, and I genuinely love admin.


I work remotely with clients across the UK. Whether you’re an individual who needs help staying on top of everyday tasks or a small business owner juggling more than feels manageable, I offer calm, thoughtful support behind the scenes.


I have a degree in Business Studies with Combined Science and have worked in pharmaceutical sales, clinical audit, customer support and account management. Over the years, I’ve developed a practical, organised approach and a real appreciation for the difference good admin makes to how everything else runs.


Now, as the founder of Hey Lou, I focus on taking time-consuming admin off your hands. From managing diaries and prioritising emails to keeping spreadsheets up to date and bills organised, I approach every task with care, reliability and attention to detail.
